Jennifer Tatum, R.N.

Registered Nurse

Jennifer Tatum has been a Registered Nurse since 1991. She joined Dr. Grotting in 1997 and functions as his operating room and clinic nurse. Jennifer is a Birmingham native who graduated from Briarwood High School. She resides in Vestavia Hills with her husband, Kevin, and twin girls, Hannah and Mary Brooke.

Vicki Goldstein

Administrative Assistant

Vicki Goldstein has been working with Dr. Grotting since 1996. She functions as his administrative assistant in handling all surgery scheduling. Vicki is a Birmingham native; she knows the city well and is indispensable for our out-of-town guests.

Nanette Rasberry

Clinical Administrator

Nanette Rasberry has been working with Dr. Grotting since 1996. She works both in the clinic and behind the scenes in the business office. Birmingham has been Nanette’s home for the past 15 years

Martha Garrison

Clinical Coordinator

Martha Garrison is our Clinical Coordinator. Working in the post-op area as well as in the operating room. Taking patients calls, photographs and imaging, scheduling consultation appointments, post-operative visits and ordering supplies. She has worked in the Plastic Surgery field since 1988. Martha and her husband, Greg are proud parents of their beautiful daughter, Ava.

Phillip Lackey, M.D.

Fellow

Dr. Lackey is native of the Muscle Shoals area. He attended medical school at The University of Alabama School of Medicine. Completed his Plastic Surgery training at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Lackey has two beautiful daughters, Elizabeth and Mary Charlotte.
